Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an alternative therapeutic intervention mainly used for physical pain, reducing anxiety, stress, PTSD, however it can also be extremely effective in the treatment of unwanted habits.
EFT is often referred to as 'tapping' or 'psychological acupressure' and is grounded in various theories and approaches, including Acupuncture, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and Thought Field Therapy (TFT).
Similarly to Acupuncture, EFT works with the body's internal energy systems and the meridians in the body. By gently tapping around these meridians, balance is created in a person's energy system.
This is a gentle and effective alternative therapy.
