Psychosexual Therapy

Psychosexual Therapy (PST), can also be referred to as Sex Therapy or even Sexology.  It is a specialist area within counselling and psychotherapy and is suitable for individuals and couples, regardless of relationship status, sexuality and gender identity.  This therapy is used to treat sexual problems and/ or sexual dysfunctions.

I will work with you to identify the root cause of any issue and introduce tools and coping strategies to help you.

Physical examination does not form part of my work.
