Life throws many surprises at us, and whilst we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations.
My aim is to simplify what counselling is and by doing so, I hope that you will feel a little less daunted by the idea of seeking out therapy either when you need it the most, or even when you do not.
I will work with you to help you uncover, understand, overcome or learn to live with any issue that you feel you have in your life and which you are struggling with.
I will teach you coping strategies for those things which cannot be changed. I will ensure you have a safe, confidential space for yourself and time to yourself, to reflect and to talk.
I will ensure you have a space that encourages you to open up without feeling judged or feeling any shame.
