Stop, relax & breathe
Whether or not this is your first baby, life is busy for you.
Taking time out for yourself each week, to stop, relax and just breathe, is a crucial part of your pregnancy and will be beneficial for both you and your baby.

Relaxation helps to reduce the stress hormones (Adrenaline, Cortisol and Norepinephrine) in your body and instead, increase the good and happy hormones (Dopamine, Endorphins, Oxytocin and Serotonin).
​
Sessions last an hour and I will use gentle, guided relaxation and hypnosis techniques during each session.
